1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags must be intact and items must be in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Final sale items, underwear, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
    We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Late or missing refunds? Please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@urbnmax.com.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please indicate this when requesting a return. Exchanges are processed upon return of the original item and subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Please include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, the order may already be processed or shipped. If your order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
