1. Return Eligibility

- Tags must be intact and items must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Final sale items, underwear, and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds

- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
